Kathleen L. Dallaire

Kathleen L. Dallaire is president of Impact Environmental, Inc., an environmental consulting firm in Newport Beach, California. Kathleen has over twelve years experience in environmental consulting and received her doctorate in Environmental Health Science and Policy from the University of California at Irvine where she studied environmental science, ecology and environmental management. She has developed and coordinated conferences at UCI on environmental issues and participated in a policy task force for recommendations to the California State Legislature. A native of Southern California, Kathleen has a long-standing interest in marine biology and conservation.
