Who is OSF?

The Ocean Science Foundation, Inc. is organized under the California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law. The corporation is organized for the specific purposes of promoting and facilitating scientific research on marine biology and oceanography for the public interest and the results made available to the public on a non-discriminatory basis. The corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
